Thus, the management has to enhance the cultural side of the organization as a way to eliminate the cultural conflicts between individuals with the form that serve the business. The cultural base of the successful organization has to be connected to the concept of cultural diversity. As a result, the management has to respect all cultural attitudes of the employees in order to benefit from all ideas and views of its employees (searchsecurity, 2015). 

Additionally, one of the matters which have to be enhanced is represented in providing the communication between employees through opening communication channels among them to serve the common interests of the management. In addition, the management has to make weekly conferences and meetings for the employees in order to make their relations more strong and flexible in order to support each other to cope with the requirements of the market; in addition to increase from the opportunities of the company to increase its financial and social benefits gradually and with stability too.

To conclude, business management is considered one of the most important things which have to be enhanced inside the organizations that seek for progress and stable development. Controlling the internal and external environment of the business; in addition to the controlling process for the conflicts between employees each other, is considered some of these essential elements which have to be achieved in order to be reflected positively upon the course of business and the management in specific.
